This policy explains what StickerKiss ("we", "us") collects when you use our site and what we do with it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

Photos you upload

When you upload a photo, it is sent to our server and to our AI providers (OpenAI and Google) to generate your sticker. We keep a copy of uploaded photos and generated stickers in private storage so we can operate the service, review output quality, and prevent abuse. These copies are never public, never sold, and never used to train AI models.

You can ask us to delete your photos and stickers at any time by emailing us — we'll remove them within 30 days.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us only what is needed to fulfil your order (such as a confirmation that payment succeeded).

Print orders

If you order printed stickers, we collect your name, email, and shipping address so we can print and mail your order. We use these details only to fulfil the order and to contact you about it. Your shipping details and sticker file are shared with our print partner, Printful, solely to produce and mail that order.

Cookies and analytics

We use your browser's session storage to keep your sticker available while you move through checkout. It stays on your device and expires when your browsing session ends.

We also use the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel to measure how well our ads work — they record events like page views, photo uploads, and purchases, and may set cookies. Meta's and TikTok's handling of this data is described in their own privacy policies. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings or each platform's ad preferences.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any order information we hold about you, or ask what we have, by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

StickerKiss is not directed at children under 13. Please do not use the service if you are under 13.
