By using StickerKiss you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What we provide

StickerKiss turns a photo you upload into a cartoon-style digital sticker using AI, and optionally prints and ships physical copies. AI results vary: each generation is unique, and we cannot guarantee a specific artistic outcome.

Your photos

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them (including via our AI provider) only to create your sticker. Only upload photos you have the right to use — of yourself, or of people who are OK with it. Do not upload unlawful or harmful content.

Your sticker

Once purchased, your digital sticker is yours for personal use — share it, print it, enjoy it. Please don't resell generated stickers as a competing service.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. If something goes wrong with your sticker or print order, email us within 14 days and we will make it right or refund you.

Print orders

Printed sticker packs typically ship within 5–7 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to disrupt it, no automated bulk generation, and no uploading content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be posted here.
